Product Description:

Mainly used for bright annealing, vacuum brazing and vacuum sintering of tool steel, die steel, high-speed steel, ultra-high strength steel, magnetic materials, stainless steel and other materials, annealing and aging of non-ferrous metals, etc.

Product Advantages:

The furnace cover is pneumatically locked to ensure positive and negative pressure bidirectional sealing;

It can effectively reduce the heat treatment deformation of rod parts;

Ultra-clean nickel-chromium heating elements and stainless steel heat shield, good vacuum performance, high temperature uniformity and long life;

Technical Features:

The furnace body is a horizontal, single-chamber, horizontal charging structure, and the way to open the furnace door is set according to users’ needs;

The furnace chamber is optimized by modular design, and the temperature uniformity is excellent;

All-metal heat shield adopts back insulation technology;

The optional vacuum atmosphere for heating state includes Ar and H₂;

Using nickel-chromium belt heating, molybdenum heating, graphite heating, the inner heat shield can choose carbon felt, molybdenum sheet, SUS304.
