Product Description:

Vacuum aluminum brazing furnaces are mainly used for vacuum brazing of radiators, air conditioner evaporators, condensers, cold water panels, server water-cooled chassis, radar grid antennas, waveguides, etc. in the automotive field, as well as heat exchangers and electronic communication components for aircraft, ships, compressors, air separation plans, household appliances, etc.

Technical Features:

Single chamber, inner heat, cold wall, horizontal or vertical structure;

Reasonable arrangement of heating elements, large radiation area and long service life;

The composite structure chamber is composed of multi-zone, wide nickel-chromium alloy heating belts and multi-layer stainless steel shield, which has excellent temperature uniformity;

The inlet of the vacuum system is equipped with a gas condensing phase converter and a filtering and collecting device to prevent the contamination of the vacuum pump unit by the flux evaporation gas.
