Product Description:

Vacuum degreasing pressure sintering furnace is mainly used for vacuum sintering and pressure sintering of metal powder metallurgy products, high specific gravity alloy and cemented carbide, etc.; vacuum infiltration of copper-tungsten alloys.

Configuration Options:

Maximum temperature 2200℃

Heating elements: Graphite rod or tube, plate

Heat shield: graphite felt

Supplementary pressure cooling mode: cooling with stable cooling pressure in the furnace

Technical Features:

Using special structure chamber and heater arrangement, the temperature uniformity is excellent;

Adopt special structure degreasing box, which has good sealing effect, complete degreasing, and no pollution to the components in the furnace;

With flexible vacuuming, vacuum sintering, pressure sintering, micro positive pressure sintering, partial pressure sintering, negative pressure degreasing, TOWAC degreasing, micro positive pressure degreasing and other functions;

Using advanced thermal insulation structure and materials, the chamber has good thermal insulation performance and less heat storage, which saves more than 20% of energy compared with the traditional design;

Suitable atmosphere for processing: N2/Ar/H2.
