Product Description:

It is mainly used for vacuum tempering of tool steel, die steel, high-speed steel, ultra-high strength steel, titanium alloy and other materials, after vacuum quenching and solution treatment, as well as recrystallization annealing and vacuum aging of non-ferrous metals.

Technical Features:

The furnace body is a horizontal, single-chamber, horizontal charging structure, and the way to open the furnace door is set according to users’ needs;

Composed of wide nickel-chromium alloy heating belts and multi-layer stainless steel shield, the synthetic structure chamber has good temperature uniformity;

The tempering process is completed under high vacuum, and the processed workpieces are bright and have no color change;

The internal heat exchanger and the fast cooling function of air cooling cycle can effectively eliminate the temper brittleness of the workpieces;

Convection heating device ensures the uniformity of furnace temperature at low temperature;

Using nickel-chromium belt heating, inner heat shield can choose SUS304 or 310S.
