Technical Features:

The equipment uses a press and a heating chamber to form an integrated diffusion bonding furnace. The pressure supply system is equipped with a 0.001-grade pressure sensor imported from Germany, with high pressure control accuracy. It is equipped with a high-precision displacement sensor of 10μm, and the displacement control is accurate. Independent supplementary pressure control system ensures accurate constant pressure of diffusion pump;

The professional dynamic sealing structure ensures that the pressure transmission rod of the equipment is used for a long time without leakage during the effective displacement process;

The upper/lower pressure head (or called: upper/lower pressure plate, hot pressing platform) is made of TZM alloy material, and isostatic graphite material can also be selected;

The flatness of the upper/lower indenter is controlled within ±5μm;

The pressure field simulates the deformation model of a single upper indenter or lower indenter under pressure through 3D finite element technology; strictly calculates and leaves enough safety for the thickness of the indenter to ensure that the indenter does not have any damage at high temperature and that the pressure working base of the processed workpieces is flat;

The indenter is easy to install and disassemble, and it can also be used as a brazing furnace without pressure, so that users can have flexibility when using this equipment;

The equipment is equipped with an external circulation rapid cooling system under the gas pressure of 2bar-15bar to ensure the rapid cooling of the workpieces after hot pressing and efficient operation.
