Product Description:

High vacuum sintering furnace is mainly used for sintering metal powder metallurgy products, titanium powder hydrogenation dehydrogenation, etc. Applicable for tungsten alloys, magnetic materials, high specific gravity alloys, molybdenum alloys and titanium alloys, tantalum-niobium, superalloys, etc.

Technical Features:

Using special structure chamber and heater arrangement, the temperature uniformity is excellent;

With dewaxing, degreasing, vacuum sintering, micro-positive pressure sintering, partial pressure sintering and other functions;

Using advanced thermal insulation structure and materials, the chamber has good thermal insulation performance and less heat storage, which saves more than 20% of energy compared with the traditional design;

Using special high-temperature measurement technology, the temperature control is accurate, the temperature control accuracy can reach ±1℃, and the error is small;

Suitable atmosphere for processing: N₂/Ar/H₂.
